Do you want to train hard but worry over a prior surgery or injury?
Have you been there? Waiting to exercise again, is devastating. I am not being melodramatic. Not being able to run, is really frustrating when YOU ARE a runner.
After impingement hip surgery (twice on the same side), I am stronger than ever.
I was racing one year later after surgery. It was slow and steady progress with several setbacks. The help of my doctors and physical therapists was vital. But then what?

I had to strength train along with running, cycling, and swimming. I was happy to stay running 10Ks. I was in a marathon relay team, the night before the race, one of the member's team had to bail. So I said I would try the 10 mile run. I had been cycling 2 hours easily. I had a fast time!!! I started dreaming of longer races.
I hired a coach to help me. I was an over-trainer in the past. I knew if I had guidance I could get back to what I love.
Years later, As a certified personal trainer, fitness nutritionist specialist and triathlon coach, I help clients stay healthy and do what they love.
I help clients stay healthy to work with me.
Let me know if I can help you!
