Rose Saltzman
I have been training clients for over 3 years. The personalized sessions are tailored to keep them injury-free, to build a healthier lifestyle, and to enjoy the workout. Each client will be fully engaged in always changing workouts. In the comfort of your own home, my house, and/or an online plan it has never been more convenient to workout!
As a runner, I was constantly injured and tired. Now as an Ironman finisher, I have discovered the 80/20 rule to use in cardio training, high-intensity interval training, and weight training to help all my clients reach their specific fitness goals.

Our Philosophy
The ultimate goal for Rose is to maximize your performance to achieve your goals in an injury-free and enjoyable fashion. Whether you are training to just get in shape or for a 5k, a first triathlon, a swimming event, a cycling ride, a marathon, or a full Ironman, Rose Saltzman offers individualized training to help you optimally prepare for your event or goals, in a manner that fits your schedule and minimizes the risk of injury.
The primary service provided is a customized and adaptive training program based on the principles of periodization, and includes strength training and proper warmup and cooldown exercises to maximize your potential and minimize the risk of injury.
In addition, tips on running form, hydration, and nutrition are provided. Your training program will be developed based upon your fitness level, running experience, injury history, goals, and times available for training. Your program will be adapted on a week-to-week basis depending on your response to the training, so that you are progressing optimally toward your goals.
Other services provided by Rose that can help you maximize your running performance include running evaluations, endurance performance assessments, individual coaching sessions and event support.
